Fat Loss 4 Idiots - Week 1:
This is where most people fail. Getting through week 1 of most diets is the most difficult part and almost 80% of people don't even complete week 1. That's not the case with the Idiot Proof Diet! That is why this diet is different from any other and it's the reason why thousands of people every month are using this system and losing weight. Anybody can do this!
Before I get into the details I want to explain how the diet works overall so you can follow me.
Essentially, you will be getting 2 things, a diet handbook and a diet generator software. With the software you will pick all the different foods you don't mind eating and I'm telling you now, these are normal foods you probably already eat and enjoy. There is no low-fat or whole foods type stuff in here.
Once you pick your foods of choice the diet generator will produce an 11-day diet plan that tells you exactly when to eat and what type of food to eat (remember, these are the foods you picked). Another thing that I love about this diet is that you get to eat 4 times a day and you are TOLD to walk and not run or exercise your butt off. Again, anyone can do this! It's almost sounds to easy but here is where the magic comes in...
This diet works based on calorie shifting and this basically means constantly keeping your metabolism guessing and on full fat burn at all times. Here is a little more explanation on the calorie shifting theory...
Your metabolism doesn't know how much food you'll eat tomorrow or the next day because those days have not happened yet.
Therefore, your metabolism always burns calories based on your eating habits during the past few days -- because it assumes that you'll continue to eat in the same general way.
Guess what? You're about to shock your metabolism by doing something you've never tried before -- you're going to do the OPPOSITE of what it expects you to do. You're going to NOT continue eating the same types of calories and meals for more than a couple days at a time, and you're going to lose a lot of weight by doing this.
To make this work you need to SHIFT the types of calories eaten as shown in our diet on the next page, and if you do this then your metabolism will burn all of the calories eaten. Then, when it finishes burning those calories it will find the nearest available fat tissue on your body and burn that too... |
So you see this actually makes perfect sense and believe me it works. When food intake is manipulated in such a way it becomes more powerful that any diet pill! This makes dieting safe and easy for anyone using the program.
Now that we are on the same page, my first week was actually very easy to complete and I never once felt starved or deprived of food. The 4 meals you eat daily combined with plenty of water keep you feeling full and the only time I began to get hungry was right about the time I was supposed to eat again. You have to space your meals out so they cover an entire day and as long as you wait 2 hours between meals you are ok to eat.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots - Week 2:
By this point in the diet I was cruising along with no problems at all. I wasn't as hungry even when it was time to eat and my energy level was much higher than normal. I was walking 30-40 minutes a day and the diet recommends you walk two times a day for 30 min each or once a day at 45 minutes. I easily managed to get this walk time in everyday in the evenings when I got home from work. The diet actually tells you to walk and not run! This is because running will actually burn the carbohydrates in your body from the food you consumed as opposed to the calories and fat in your body. After researching this theory further it's 100% true and correct.
As for the meals in week 2, they are nearly the same as week 1. I will admit it gets a little boring eating similiar foods but the good thing is these aren't terrible fat-free foods, it is regular food you likely eat anyway. For example, I was eating fruits like apples, plums, grapes, strawberries and meats like turkey, roast beef, and chicken. Again, you get to choose which foods you eat and in which order throughout the day you want to eat them. This truly is a low pressure yet highly effective diet.
This week I also started using the secret weight loss technique that I mentioned earlier in this letter. This technique alone will make you feel 100% better within a couple days of starting it and it really enhances the results with the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program. I am going to give you all the details on this later.
At the end of week 2 with Fat Loss 4 Idiots and the secret weight loss technique I lost over 14 lbs in body weight! I already felt 110% better, my cloths fit much looser and I was starting to really enjoy this new "me"! I still wanted to lose more weight so I continued using the program over and over until I reached my goal weight.
