Not only will exercise help you lose weight, but it is the first step in changing your lifestyle so that you can keep the weight off and begin to be healthier. Exercise DVD’s:
If you don’t have a gym membership, and it’s snowing, raining, or just plain miserable outside, you never have an excuse not to exercise if you pop in an exercise DVD. Some of these can help you burn between 300-500 calories per hour. The trick to finding a good exercise DVD is to pick one that is high energy and try doing it once a day.
